Dato’ Hj Mohamad Haslah invested the first 20 years of his career in Malayan Banking Berhad (“Maybank”). Since 1974, he has held several key positions, including Branch Manager, Regional Manager of Maybank, Malaysia and President Director of PT Maybank Nusa International, Indonesia.
He was appointed as the Executive Director of Peregrine Fixed Income Limited, Hong Kong, when he joined the company in 1995. He then held the title of County Director of Fleet Boston, NA, Singapore in 1999. Subsequently, he became the Financial Advisor of Pacific Plywood Holdings Limited, Hong Kong, from 2000 to 2001.
Dato’ Mohamad Haslah later devoted 10 years to MBI, a Negeri Sembilan state-owned entity, where he held the CEO position from 2004 to 2014. Since 2 April 2012, he has been the Non-Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad. Currently, he also sits on the board of numerous private limited companies.
Ng Jun Lip
Group Chief Executive Officer
In 2000, Mr Ng Jun Lip graduated from Curtin University of Technology, Perth, Australia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Finance. He went on to obtain his Postgraduate Diploma in Business, majoring in Information Systems a year later. He then earned a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Western Australia, Perth, Australia in 2002.
Mr Ng worked in RHB Investment Bank Berhad as an Executive at the Corporate Finance Department from 2002 to 2007. During his time at RHB, he gained experience in IPO, merger and acquisition, reverse takeover, debt restructuring, fundraising, and other corporate activities.
In 2007, he moved on to become the Financial Controller of Bun Seng Hardware Sdn Bhd before being promoted to Head of Finance for Bunseng Holdings Berhad, its investment holding company.
From 2013 to 2014, Mr Ng applied his knowledge and expertise to his new role as the Chairman’s Personal Assistant at Matrix Concept Holdings Berhad. Some of his responsibilities include assisting in the review and implementation of corporate proposals, operational performance, and the group’s investor relations.
Between January 2015 to September 2015, Mr Ng took on the role of Finance Director for Cabnet Systems (M) Sdn Bhd and later became the Executive Director/Chief Financial Officer of Cabnet Holdings Berhad until March 2017. In April 2017, he returned to Matrix Concept Holdings Berhad as an Executive Assistant to the Chairman.
On 1 February, 2019, Mr Ng was appointed as the Chief Corporate Officer of Stella Group. In the following year, he became the Group Chief Executive Officer on 1 July 2020.
Raizita Binti Ahmad @ Harun

Puan Raizita graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor of Science in Administration (Accountancy) in 1990.

With over 30 years of working experience and 18 years of financial leadership positions, Puan Raizita uses her expertise to advise the Board on project-financing arrangements, structured debts, and schemes of arrangements. She has also represented Stella in several major corporate exercises.
Ong Yew Soon
Chief Executive Officer, Paramount Ventures Sdn Bhd
Mr Ong Yew Soon earned a Bachelor of Science (Hon) Degree in Housing, Building and Planning from Universiti Sains Malaysia in 1984. He was admitted as an Incorporate of the Chartered Institute of Building in 1999.
On 10 September 2019, Mr Ong first joined Stella Group as a General Manager and led the Group’s Property Development Division. He was later appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Paramount Ventures Sdn Bhd exactly one year later in 2020.
His exceptional skills and experience in the property development industry can be attributed to the three decades he spent working in senior positions and overseeing a variety of joint-venture developments with the state government and private corporations. These include housing estate, industrial estate, high-rise condominiums, office blocks, and hypermarkets.
