Decades of Experience in Multiple Sectors
Paramount Ventures is the property development division of the investment holding company, Stella Holdings Berhad. Previously known as Merge Energy Berhad, Stella has been impacting the construction, property, maintenance, oil & gas and healthcare sectors since 1993. Today, Stella works alongside our subsidiaries to push the sustainability agenda forward.
Building a Better World, Together
As Stella Holding’s subsidiary, Paramount Ventures was established to handle its property development affairs. We execute all plans and activities for Stella, from land purchasing to design and development. Working with Stella’s construction arm, Mewah Kota Sdn Bhd, we develop housing and commercial buildings for sale. Since our establishment in 2019, Paramount Ventures has entered into joint ventures to develop projects in Port Dickson and Kuala Selangor.
